Q : What is the color of the product?
A : Black.

Q : Are these lockers sufficient for general home usage?
A : Matrix 3016 locker comes with 94L storage which gives you ample space to store lot of your valuables, currency, jewellery and other documents.

Q : Are these safes fire resistant?
A : It is a Burglary Resistant safe, Fire Resistance is incidental.

Q : Do they have internal shelves?
A : Yes. All the matrix lockers come with internal adjustable shelves for your convenience and usage.

Q : Does the locker have an inbuilt alarm system?
A : No.

Q : How to open the locker if I have forgotten my password?
A : No mechanical override key provision on the Matrix Electronic Safe Locker. Also you can use the master password if you have forgotten the normal password. Otherwise Please call to customer care 1800 20 999 55.

Q : How do I check the battery status?
A : When Battery is running Low, any key press on the keypad will trigger LED to flash for 8 times along with a sound, indicating that the batteries need to be replaced.

Q : What do LED light indications mean?
A : The LED flashes once for a successful keypad entry. When the LED flashes 2 times it indicates Successful authorization. And when the LED flashes for 3 times it indicates Failed authorization. When timed-out the LED keeps blinking.

Q : What can I do if the batteries are weak or dead?
A : Battery holder is located on front facia of the safe. Remove the battery cover by sliding the cover and replace the battery using 9 Volt Alkaline Battery only.

Q : How do I replace the batteries?

Q : How do I know when my locker needs battery replacements?
A : Your safe always works on battery therefore it has an advanced battery monitoring system which continuously monitors the battery voltage. Any key press on the keypad will trigger LED to flash for 8 times along with a sound, indicating that the batteries need to be replaced.

Q : Can the override keys be duplicated manually?
A : No. Mechanical override key provision on the matrix safe.

Q : How strong are these lockers?
A :  Matrix are amongst one of the strongest in the intermediate range of safes and lockers by Godrej.

Q : Can the locker be installed in a cupboard or fixed onto the wall?
A : The matrix range of lockers are heavy safes with double walled construction designed for extreme durability with no mounting holes and hence cannot be installed into a cupboard or a wall.
